I want to give you a quick tip of how to reduce your arthritis pain in the morning.
Items you’ll need that are all under $20.00 total:
- Light timer
- An extension cord (if you need it)
- An electric heating pad with an on and off switch.
Here’s how to implement this trick.
So we’ve got the timer, the extension cord and the heating pad. What you want to do is take your timer and set it to the time of day you want to start, and plug it in the wall.
All of the pins are in the up position for off, and you push them down for the on position.
In the video above, you can see that I have the timer set for 5:00am. So if you generally tend to wake up about 6:00am, have the timer start on about 5:00am, an hour before, so the heating pad has time to be nice and hot.
As you start to stir and wake up in the morning, take the heating pad, and place it on the area of arthritis that really bothers you for a few minutes before you start your day.
The heating pad will start to heat your body up, and reduce your arthritis pain. Then you can get out of bed and your joints are already warmed up, and start your day.
